Saudi Compliance Institute is a brand name. We are not a government authority and do not
represent any Saudi regulator.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the website, creating an account, or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms and the
related policies, including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookies Policy
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for
your account credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Nature of Services
We provide online education and training services, which may include self-paced courses,
downloadable resources, assessments, and live sessions where stated on the course page.
The course description, access period, requirements, and stated outcomes on the course page form
part of the contract.
5. Pricing and Payments
Prices are displayed on the website or at checkout. Currency: SAR or as displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.
6. Certificates and Recognition
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any certificate issued is a Certificate of Completion or Attendance
issued by us. We do not represent that certificates are officially accredited or recognised in Saudi
Arabia unless clearly stated for a specific program with supporting documentation. Acceptance of
certificates depends on third parties such as employers, professional bodies, or regulators.
7. 7-Day Cancellation for Unused Services
If you are a consumer in Saudi Arabia, you may request termination of the service contract and a full
refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have not used or benefited from the service.
Accessing content, streaming lessons, downloading restricted files, attending a live session, or
otherwise receiving practical benefit from the service may count as use or benefit and may limit
cancellation or refund rights, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
8. Delay in Delivery of Service
If service activation or delivery is delayed for more than 15 days from purchase, you may request
cancellation and a refund, unless a different delivery period was clearly agreed or the delay resulted
from a cause beyond reasonable control.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy published on the website. In general, cancellation
or refund rights may be limited once you access digital content or benefit from the service, except
where required by law or where the service is defective or materially misdescribed.
10. Licence to Use Content
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your
own learning during the access period only.
