1) Scope
This Refund Policy explains the refund and cancellation rules for digital courses and related services
purchased via our website. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
If you are a consumer in Saudi Arabia, you may have mandatory rights under Saudi law, and nothing in
this policy removes those mandatory rights.
2) Key Definitions
- Digital Content: videos, text, quizzes, and downloadable resources.
- Access: starting to stream content, opening protected lessons, downloading restricted materials,
attending a live session, or otherwise actually benefiting from the service. - Order: a confirmed purchase of a course, bundle, subscription, or educational service.
- Benefit from the service: any actual use or practical benefit from the course or service, including
access to content, attendance at sessions, or use of materials.
3) 7-day right for unused services
If you are a consumer in Saudi Arabia, you may request termination of the service contract and a full
refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have not used or benefited from the service. For
the purpose of this policy, opening lessons, streaming videos, downloading restricted files, attending
a live session, or otherwise receiving practical benefit from the service may count as use/benefit and
may limit refund rights, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
4) Delay in delivery / activation
If delivery of the service, course activation, or access is delayed for an unreasonably long time, you
may request cancellation and a refund, unless a different delivery/activation period was clearly agreed
or the delay resulted from a cause beyond reasonable control.
This principle also applies to live sessions or scheduled services that are not delivered within the
agreed period.
5) Digital Content & Immediate Access
Many courses provide immediate access after payment. Where immediate digital access is provided,
cancellation or refund rights may be limited once Access occurs or once you benefit from the service,
except where required by law or where the service is defective or materially misdescribed.
6) When refunds may be granted
We may grant a refund or provide an appropriate remedy in the following cases:
- duplicate charge or incorrect billing amount;
- you cannot access the course due to a platform issue caused by us and we cannot reasonably fix
it; - the content or service is materially not as described;
- fraudulent purchase using your payment method (subject to verification and payment-provider
procedures); - we cancel a course, live session, or service before delivery without providing a suitable alternative;
- you are a Saudi consumer and request cancellation within 7 days without having used or benefited
from the service.
7) When refunds are usually not granted
Refunds are usually not granted (unless required by law) where:
- you change your mind after Access or after benefiting from the service;
- you dislike the style or find the course too basic/advanced, unless it is materially misdescribed;
- you fail to complete the course within the access period;
- device or internet problems are not caused by our platform;
- you breach our Terms, including account sharing or content redistribution.
8) Live sessions / scheduled services (if applicable)
If a course includes live sessions or scheduled services, cancellation/rescheduling terms may apply as
stated on the course page. Late cancellation or no-show may be non-refundable. If we cancel, we will
offer rescheduling or an appropriate refund.
9) How to request a refund
To request a refund, email: [email protected] with:
- your order number and checkout email;
- the reason for the request;
- a description of the issue and any screenshots or error messages for technical problems.
We aim to respond within a reasonable time. If approved, refunds are made to the original payment
method and timing may depend on the bank or payment provider.
10) Verification & abuse prevention
We may verify access status, usage level, downloads of restricted materials, or attendance at live
sessions before approving a refund. We may reject requests where misuse or breach of Terms is
identified.
11) Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback while a refund request is under review, we may pause the refund process
until the chargeback is resolved. We may suspend access during the investigation to prevent misuse.
12) Currency and fees
- refunds are usually made to the original payment method and, where possible, in the same
currency (SAR); - bank charges, payment-provider fees, or foreign-exchange differences may not be recoverable by
us; - any refundable mandatory taxes or fees will be handled in accordance with applicable
requirements
13) Policy updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website with
an updated effective date.
